Psych Savvy helps women to progress within the workforce to achieve their full potential, and become influential, key decision makers. It envisages women moving to the next level of their career at the same rate as men. This will result in women and men having an equal representation in the ranks of management and on the company board.

To achieve this, both men and women need to understand that gender is a socially constructed category that in the past has prevented men and women working together successfully. Once people are aware of the limitations society places on women, we can work together to remove these socially constructed barriers to help women and thereby organisations, to achieve their full potential. Psych Savvy is offering the opportunity to learn about the psychology of both men and women by attending a two day course, about how to get Psychologically Savvy! You will learn that men aren’t from Mars and women aren’t from Venus, we are both from planet Earth.
